Nitrogen Profiling

Laser cutting with a Nitrogen assist gas allows a clean oxide free cut phase as the high pressure of the nitrogen gas pushes the resulting molten puddle through the kerf. The thicker the material, the more nitrogen pressure is required.

Once you have contacted Laser Tech Profiles to discuss your laser or water jet requirements, we will require you to supply a drawing, cad data or pattern where we will extract information and laser or waterjet cut from that. Depending on the size of material and thickness we can also put holes in to suit your requirements.
